1. Natural Characteristics of Jade & Gemstones
All jade and gemstone products sold are natural materials formed by nature. As such, natural inclusions, mineral lines, colour variations, clouding, texture differences, and other naturally occurring characteristics may be present. These are not defects but are part of the unique beauty and authenticity of each piece.
Each jade and gemstone piece is unique. No two pieces will be exactly identical in colour, translucency, pattern, texture, inclusions, or overall appearance.
2. Product Images & Colour Representation
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and videos. However, due to differences in lighting conditions, camera settings, screen displays, and viewing angles, the appearance of colour, translucency, texture, and overall visual characteristics may vary slightly from the actual item.
Product photos and videos are provided for reference purposes only. Customers are encouraged to review all available images carefully and contact us before purchasing if additional photographs or videos are required. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have exercised their own judgment regarding the item’s appearance and characteristics.
3. Measurements & Sizing
All measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted and natural nature of the product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected size is suitable before placing an order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
4. Sales Finality & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
As jade and gemstones are traditionally believed to connect with the wearer’s personal energy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, colour expectations, natural inclusions, size preferences, or any other subjective reasons.
Exchanges will only be considered if the customer receives an item that is different from the item ordered.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect their package immediately upon receipt.
In the event that an item is received damaged or an incorrect item is received, customers must:
Record a continuous and unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Ensure the product, packaging, and product tag remain attached and are clearly visible in the video.
Retain all original packaging materials.
Contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time with the unboxing video and supporting photographs.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
6. Claim Review Process
All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Customs Duties & Taxes
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
Refusal to pay such charges does not qualify for a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
9. Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
We will reasonably assist customers in filing shipping claims where applicable but cannot guarantee compensation for delays, losses, or damages occurring during transit.
10. Product Care
Jade and gemstones should be handled with care.
Damage resulting from accidental impact, dropping, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, cleaning agents, water damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered under our exchange policy.
11. Metaphysical & Spiritual Disclaimer
Jade and gemstones have been associated with various cultural, spiritual, metaphysical, and symbolic beliefs throughout history. Any descriptions provided regarding such beliefs are for informational and cultural purposes only.
We do not make any guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding spiritual, healing, energetic, luck, wealth, health, protection, or other metaphysical properties. Individual experiences and beliefs may vary.
12. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, suspected fraud, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions prior to purchase.
