Yes. Every KaiJade piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity for your assurance. Our jade is sourced directly from reputable jade teachers and NGTC-assessed professionals to ensure authenticity and quality standards.

For added assurance, sampled pieces are also sent locally for NGI certification and verification.

When will my order be shipped?

Can I return or exchange my item?

As jade and natural stones are believed to connect with an individual's personal energy, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, returns or replacements will be accepted if the item arrives damaged, or the wrong item is received.

Please contact with us and provide clear product photos or an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Orders are typically shipped the following day after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days, depending on courier conditions.
