All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Due to the personal nature of jade and gemstones, and the belief that such items may connect with the wearer’s personal energy, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour expectation

  • Size preference

  • Natural inclusions or mineral lines

  • Personal preference

  • Differences caused by lighting, screen display, or viewing angle

  • Belief that the item does not “suit” the buyer after purchase

2. Natural Characteristics Are Not Defects

Jade and gemstones are natural materials. Natural inclusions, colour variations, clouding, mineral lines, texture differences, and other naturally occurring features may be present. These characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Product Images Are for Reference

We make every effort to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, translucency, and texture may appear slightly different due to lighting, camera settings, screen display, and viewing angle. Customers are encouraged to request additional photos or videos before purchasing if they require more views of the item.

4. Exchanges for Wrong Item Received

An exchange will only be considered if the customer receives an item that is different from the item ordered. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and supporting details. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original product tag, packaging, and accessories intact.

5. Damaged Item Claims

If an item is received damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • A continuous and unedited unboxing video taken from the moment the sealed parcel is opened

  • Clear visibility of the parcel, packaging, item, and product tag

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Proof of delivery date and time, where applicable

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

6. Return Approval

All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

7. Return Shipping

For approved exchanges due to a wrong item received, return shipping arrangements will be advised by us. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packed securely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Customised or specially requested items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or resized

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items with issues caused by mishandling, impact, dropping, improper storage, chemicals, water damage, or normal wear and tear

9. Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided. Where a refund is approved at our sole discretion, any shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, customs duties, taxes, or other third-party charges are non-refundable.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy before completing their purchase.
